I am moving out of my flat, so looking for someone to take over my tendency in 2 bed 2 bath flat on 3rd floor. You will have your own personal bathroom. It is an amazing flat with good transport. You can walk to central london.

The flat is very clean and the landlord is super nice. The flat is very quiet, due to its location, which is a rare find in heart of london. The letting agency is Dexters.

You will be sharing the flat with a lovely British guy, who prefers someone nice, who is clean, mature and easy to talk to. He does not drink, smoke or party, so would prefer someone similar.

Bills usually come around 100-150, depending on usage. It includes council tax, electricty, gas and wifi. Water is free of cost.
