After 2 wonderful years my flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend. His large double room is available to rent from Oct 1st, as well as the rest of the flat which you would be sharing with me (27year old working in Holborn). This includes two bathrooms, a spacious living room with large windows and a balcony, kitchen, study/guest bedroom - across two floors.

📍 Location
Falmouth Road is a beautiful and hidden residential area between Borough and London Bridge. It’s 5 mins from Borough station, 8 from E&C, and twelve from LB. All major transport links are well connected. The flat is located in a quiet residential area and provides a peaceful retreat from the busy streets of central London, while still being only a few mins from the high streets. Spoilt for choice with restaurants and shops!

The room is a double and on the fourth floor so it’s very quiet with a lovely view of the communal areas/parks on either sides of the building. Its furnished with a wardrobe and bed. The flat is also equipped with a laundry machine and dryer which all work perfectly.

Park
The park opposite the flat pictured in the photos is open year-round and amazing in the summer. I’ve had many picnics and Pimms there over the years!
