Hi all,
I'm going on a sabbatical for 3 months from the end of March so subletting my room while I am away. I will be away from 28th March - 13th July, so around 3.5 months in total. While I'd ideally like someone for the whole time I can be flexible with the dates, as long as you move in after I've moved out!
The room is a double room with ample storage in a spacious flat with a large living room, separate kitchen, 5 mins walk (maybe even less) from Borough tube, 10 mins walk from London Bridge. Many great pubs nearby. Separate shower & toilet.
Current flatmates are myself along with Rosie, Will & Alice (see photo) all working professionals who "like to be social and hang out together, but also have our own lives outside the flat". The standard stuff.
Ideally looking for a guy to keep the balance, but as it's only a 3 month let this isn't a hard requirement.
