Hi all,

Two rooms are available in our 4-bed flat in Borough, as two of us (Rosie and Billy) are moving out end of May.

The flat itself is spacious, with a large living room, separate kitchen, separate shower & toilet, and is in a great location - less than 5 mins walk to Borough tube and around 10 mins to London Bridge. Loads of great pubs, cafés and restaurants nearby.

The rooms are doubles with good storage.

Current flatmates are Rosie, Billy, Jess and Will. All working professionals, all met in the flat via Spareroom. It’s a social flat where we hang out together sometimes, but everyone also has their own lives and routines outside the flat.

Ideally looking for friendly, tidy working professionals who are up for the occasional pub trip or flat dinner. Preference would be a guy and girl to keep the balance :)
