Bright double in great central location

My flatmate is moving out and I’m taking her room, so my room will be available to rent in a friendly, relaxed flat share.

The flat is split level, with kitchen/living on the first floor, and the available room on the third floor. It’s got a semi-private entrance directly into the room.

Double bed, desk, wardrobe and other furnishings included.

There’s a bathroom/WC on the second floor, and WC/shower on the third floor (shared).

Literally less than 1 minute walk to the underground (London Bridge), less than 2 minutes to the national rail station, and plenty of buses. Tesco, Sainsbury’s and other shops nearby, alongside pubs, restaurants etc.

Council tax is about £100pcm, electricity fluctuates between approx £40-£90 (summer/winter), no gas (!), and water is paid every 6 months - the last bill was for £145 each for a 6m period.

No WiFi as super fast fibre broadband unavailable however 5g hotspot works well enough for us to run the PlayStation so there are options!
