I’m Paige - I’ve been living solo the last few months and I’m now looking for a flatmate to move into my lovely two bed flat in SE1. If you’re interested please get in touch with a little about yourself, why you’re moving and when you can potentially move in.
TENANCY INFO:
The room is available from the 19th May and we’d be starting a new two year contract.
Rent: £900 pcm
Bills: Approx £150
(I’m currently paying single occupancy council tax so we’ll need to get this recalculated.)
Deposit: £1800
The landlord will do a full credit check so will need all the relevant details (ID, employment info etc.).
Housing benefits are unfortunately not accepted by the landlord. External landlord - rent is directly paid to them.
ACCESSIBILITY:
The flat is on the first floor of a building with 2 flights of stairs (20 ish steps) to get to the front door. It’s an old council block with no lift.
THE ROOM:
The room is an unfurnished double (though there is a built in wardrobe). The rest of the flat is furnished by me. There’s one bathroom but with a separate toilet. Separate kitchen too! Rent is £900 plus bills (approx £150 per month). It’s a great area and walking distance to both Borough and London Bridge stations.

I’m from Yorkshire originally but I’ve lived in London for the past 8 years. I’ve lived here two and half years, my old flatmate moved out of London. I work in Film & TV so if you work in a creative field it might be a good match. I work hybrid so spend some days working from home - I really want to keep the flat as a safe and chill place to be and I’m looking for someone who wants something similar.
ABOUT YOU:
I’m looking for someone fun, easygoing and a good communicator. All the usual things in a flatmate really - respectful, clean & tidy, down to binge TV shows now and then. I like my personal space but enjoy socialising as well. I enjoy travelling, going out with friends, cooking (can make a banging curry), reading, live music and exploring the city. Hoping to find someone that’s got a similar mindset so please reach out if you’re interested. LGBTQ+ friendly. Ideally looking for a female or non binary person.
