Hey! We’re currently looking for a third flatmate to join our relaxed and friendly three-bedroom flat in an amazing central location. I’ve lived here for almost a year and can honestly say it’s been a great place to call home.

- Bright, furnished double room with a king-sized bed with very large fitted wardrobes (great for storage)
- Space for a desk and bedside table
- A previous flatmate has left behind a small drawer unit, bedside table, and desk, which you’re welcome to use
- Shared kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, and bathroom (toilet is separate)
- The flat gets plenty of natural light throughout the day
- Council tax band C

Transport links are excellent:
- 5-minute walk to Borough station
- 10-minute walk to Southwark and Elephant & Castle
- 12-minute walk to London Bridge
- 15-minute walk to Waterloo
- Around 25 minutes on foot to the City (Bank area)
- Several bus routes nearby

We’re keen for the flat to feel like a proper, relaxed, and comfortable home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

👋 A Bit About Us:
You’ll be living with Henry and Harvey, both in our late 20s and working in the data industry.

Henry is a data analyst who has been in London for three years. He enjoys korfball (a mixed-gender ball sport -- happy to explain!), cooking, tending small crops and flowers on our balcony, and trying new adventures like scuba diving. He also enjoys chess, Fantasy Premier League, and watching F1, and has a creative side that he explores through painting and graphic design.

Harvey works in data consulting and has been in London for two years. He's big on fitness -- running, gym, Muay Thai -- and also enjoys reading, films, and mindful living.

We get on well and value a balance between doing our own thing and spending time together -- whether that’s the odd flat dinner, movie night, or just a good chat. We're big on communication, respect, and being mindful of each other’s space.
