About the flatmates:
We are Alice, Rosie, Will and Billy. We met on Spareroom have lived together for 1-2.5 years in this flat. I (Alice) have moved in with my boyfriend so we have a room opening up in our lovely flat in Borough. We are looking for a woman to replace me to keep the gender balance in the flat as it's worked well thus far! We're all working professionals, working in energy, law and software engineering!
About the room:
The room is on the second floor and has a huge amount of storage. It comes with a bed with storage beneath it, a shelf, a massive wardrobe, two cupboards, a bedside table and a humongous built-in mirror. The desk is mine but you're welcome to keep it if you need one, otherwise I will just sell it! :) The large window lets in a lot of natural light so it is perfect for any plant enthusiasts! The room is £900/m including bills (council tax (band C), wifi, water, gas, electric, etc.) so it is an absolute steal for its size and location!
About the flat:
We have a large living room and a separate kitchen, which comes with a washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom and toilet are separate. Amenities-wise, we’re a 7 minute walk to Borough station and a 10 minute walk from London Bridge station. We have a Tesco and 2 Sainsbury’s just 5 minutes away. We live 30 seconds away from a park and just 13 minutes away from Borough market.
What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a professional who is our age and also loves a chat, watching shows together, flat dinners and a trip down the pub. You would replace me on the current rental contract (so not a sublet, you'd be on the contract from 1st June) which ends 1st September, with the possibility to extend for another year if you'd like with the other flatmates.
