Spacious Double Room 5 min from Borough station

We are working professionals in our late twenties/early thirties looking for a new flatmate to join our sociable and friendly flat of 4. One of us works from home one day a week and a couple of us few days a week, but flexible.

The third floor flat is on two levels. On the lower floor, there's a hallway, kitchen (with washing machine, microwave and cooker), bathroom, separate toilet, bedroom and large living room with a dining table and sofas. The upper floor has three bedrooms.

The room available is a big double room is on the upper floor. It has a double bed, built-in shelving and a big cupboard/wardrobe.

We are in SE1, a 5 minute walk to Borough tube station (Northern line) and less than a 10 minute walk to London Bridge station (Northern and Jubilee lines, and National Rail). Close to multiple bus stops. There is a Tesco within a five minute walk, a Lidl 15 minutes away, and lots of nearby bars/pubs/restaurants. Borough Market, Bermondsey Street and the river are within a 10 minute walk. There is also a large green space just outside - perfect for summer!

Rent is £800 per month, with bills excluded (approximately £85 per month inclusive of council tax, gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi internet and TV License)

The current contract is due to expire next year but is a rolling contract (we rent straight from the landlord) but would like someone to stay for the longer term. We really care about keeping the shared spaces clean and tidy, so please only message if this sounds like you.

The move in date is 27th September, latest 1st October.
