Beautiful Room in the heart of Borough

One single room is available in a stunning 3 bed flat located in the third floor of a secured apartment building in the heart of Borough in central London. There is a private courtyard and the buildings are quite new and are regularly cleaned and maintained to a beautiful standard. The flat is one street away from Borough station, 5 minutes away from London Bridge Station and 8 minutes away from Elephant and Castle Station, so transport links are exceptional. The local pub has nice pizza and drinks in very good prices!
Borough market is a 5 minute walk away and on the way there you pass many street food venders and gorgeous restaurants; this area really is a food lovers dream. There is also a huge number of pubs/bars and clubs in the area. The bathroom will be shared with the person who stays in the half ensuite room. (You will share only the toilet as the other flatmate has his own shower). The room looks out into the secure parking/rear of the building. There is a large living room - kitchen which is fully equiped with eveyrthing. Moreover there is a balcony with a table and chairs.
The current flatmates are Maria and Thanos who work in the city center.
The ideal flatmate is someone who loves to socialize, enjoys living with other people, is friendly, clean and flexible . We are looking not just for a flatmate but someone who can be a friend too. Of course it is understandable that working/studying can be hard and we respect each other's privacy.
