Looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate for a double room with private bathroom and balcony!

The room (~20 sq. meters) has a double bed, a spacious closet, and a balcony facing the courtyard. You’ll have a private bathroom (not en-suite). The living room, terrace with a Shard view, and kitchen are shared with one flatmate.

The flat is modern and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) and a large living area. The flatmate has an en-suite bathroom.

Borough (Northern Line) – 6 min walk
Southwark (Jubilee Line) – 7 min walk
Elephant & Castle (Bakerloo) – 15 min walk
London Bridge – 15 min walk
Waterloo – 15 min walk

Current flatmate: 30-year-old Irish professional working in finance, usually in the office. Friendly and open for a chat, but respects privacy.

Contract: Option to take over my contract for the last few months or sign the full lease.
