Spacious Double Room in Borough Zone 1

Looking for someone to take over my occupancy asap in this lovely double room with a bed, dresser, wardrobe, desk, and chair. I had anticipated staying here for the full length of the contract but I need to move home urgently and unexpectedly so looking for someone to move in immediately. It is a licensee agreement and not a tenancy, and I’m willing to pay the deposit and the occupant transfer fee once the agreement is signed. The bedframe comes with a massive drawer for storage, and the wardrobe has a high shelf for extra space. Just a five minute walk from Borough Station, and ten minute walk from both London Bridge and Elephant and Castle, with a Tesco, Pure Gym, and a food market about three minutes away. We even have a view of the shard from the kitchen window! You’ll be living with two flatmates – Arwa is a doctor and Vidam is a chef! Both are very quiet and considerate flatmates who work quite long hours at times, but we all enjoy catching up in the kitchen when schedules align. It’s a quiet and secure ground floor flat, with high ceilings, lots of natural light, a comfortable kitchen, and a washing machine.
