I am currently looking for a new flatmate, from 2nd November 2025. The flat is less than a five minute walk from Borough Station, and around 10 minutes from London Bridge. The flat is centrally located, with an amazing view of the Shard.

The flat is fully managed by Garrett Whitelock, they will do the required referencing, on behalf of the landlord.

The room is offered furnished, part furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. It is a single room that is able to fit a double.

The flat is completely furnished, provided by me, with some furniture belonging to the landlord. The flat also includes use of all kitchen appliances, cutlery, cooking utensils and dish ware. If you are looking for something that is ready to live in, this would be perfect.
