Spare Room Available – 4 Months Sublet (Flatshare)

We’re looking for someone to join our home for 4 months while our flatmate is abroad.

About us:
- Two Italian nurses (28–30), NHS-employed
- Work shifts (including nights), so we value respect for rest times
- No pets, no smoking
- Chill, friendly vibes – we run the flat like a little family (shared meals, hanging out, cleaning together)
- We’re happy when friends and people come around – we like a social, welcoming home

The Flat:
- Spacious, cosy room available (right next to the toilet)
- Bills included, coucil tax included(and lots of toilet papers and cleaning products)
- Shared living room and bathroom
- Fully furnished, comfortable, and homely
- Great location: 15 minutes to London Bridge Station and 15 minutes to Borough (Northern line)
-Vibrant area with lots of places to eat, cafes, green parks, and supermarkets nearby

Looking for:
- Someone tidy, respectful, and easy-going
- No inside smokers, there is a lovely balcony in case
- Ideally someone who enjoys a friendly, communal atmosphere
