Double Room near Borough Station Lovely Flatmates

Double room in a 3-bed flat, with 2 bathrooms (you will be sharing one of the bathrooms with another person).


The tenancy runs until 15th June 2026, and the other flatmates are planning to renew. We would prefer someone who is also open to extending the contract (although not a must).

Great location: 5 mins to Borough Station, 15 mins to London Bridge / Elephant & Castle.
Bills average £150/month. (Council tax, Wifi, electricity bill, water bill)

Lovely, easy-going and respectful flatmates – we are looking for someone similar.


This is a direct tenancy with the landlord (not sublet).


If student/unemployed or unable to pass reference, 6months rent upfront may be required.

There are household items already in the flat (TV, BBQ equipment, toaster, kettle, kitchenware, iron, vacuum cleaner, steam mop, etc.) which are shared by everyone.

If needed, it may be possible to store some belongings 1–2 weeks earlier (not to move in early, just storage).

I’m moving out to live with my partner – it’s a great flat and we’d love to find someone who will enjoy it as much as I did.
