We’re looking for a new flatmate for one of the rooms in our flat.
The flat is a three-bed penthouse, with a very large living room/kitchen and a spacious wrap around balcony with incredible views of the Shard, the City and even Canary Wharf.
The room advertised is the largest in the flat, with plenty of space for a TV, sofa, desk, and has its own bathroom.
The two flatmates staying both work in finance, are, tidy, sociable (but also enjoy our own downtime). Given the size of the living room and balcony, the flat is perfect for occasionally hosting get togethers / dinners with friends.
The flat is in well-kept new build apartment building. We have fibre internet (hyperoptic) so there are no issues when working from home, streaming, gaming, etc.
The location is perfect, roughly 10 minutes to either Southwark or Borough stations. There’s loads of great pubs and restaurants within walking distance and Borough market is only a 15 minute walk away.
