We’re one girl and one guy in our late 20-30s, looking for a like-minded person to join us in our charming 3 bedroom flat in Borough!

**About Us:**
We’re easy-going, social, and enjoy chilled evenings at home together but also love an evening out for a meal, activity or gig. One of us works as a dentist at kings and the other is a dermatology MSc student at KCL. We’re looking for a third girl or guy who’s friendly, clean and easy-going. If you're looking for a relaxed and fun living vibe, this could be your new home! We have a lovely and approachable landlord who quick to sort any issue that arises.

**About the Room/Flat:**
- Rent: £1300/month
- Bills: All Bills (inc council tax) included in the above rent.
- Double room, furnished with double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and cubed storage unit.
- Communal Living room with TV, 2 Sofas, Projector, dining Table and small balcony,
- Excellent location in Borough, 3-4 mins walk to the tube station
- Good size kitchen with ample storage Inc Dishwasher and washing machine
- The flat is on the 4th floor, no lift but ideal for getting your steps in!

Unfortunately we cannot have pets and the room would not suit a couple.

**About the Neighbourhood:**
Located in a prime central London location, under 5 mins to Borough tube station and just over 5-minute London Bridge station (serving the Underground and National Rail services). 2-3 minute walk to guys hospital or King’s College London – Guy’s Campus.

The area is vibrant packed with local shops and cafés along with restaurants and chains. You're also within a 10-minute stroll to Borough Market, one of London’s most iconic food markets offering world-class street food and fresh produce.
