We are 3 friends (young professionals) looking for someone to join our house 🏠
We often spend time together at home cooking or watching movies and so are looking for someone who would like to be friends and not strangers, but at the same time respecting everyone’s personal time😊.

Important note: the bed, mattress and wardrobe in the pics belong to the previous flatmate, but she’s looking to sell them to our future housemate for a very good price!

- 5 minute walk to Borough Station (Northern Line)

- 3 minute walk to Sainsburys & shops, 18 minute walk to Lidl
- 5 min walk to gym

- 10 minute walk to the South Bank
- 20 minute commute to Canary Wharf

The room:
- Very large double room (20sqm+) on the second floor
- South facing so you get loads of sunlight 🌞
- Some inbuilt cupboard space + all the furniture!
- You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

The house:
- Five floors with one entire floor for the kitchen & dining area, plus another floor as living room
- Garden! With a grill of course.
- Four bedroom, four bathroom house
- Huge living room with 50 Inch TV
- Dining area seating 12 (limited by the chairs we own - the table expands a lot)
- Kitchen with all amenities (two fridges (!) dishwasher, oven, hob, etc)
- Washing machine and drier
- Bike parking (indoors in separate garage)

The housemates:
- Dafne, Eason, Jacopo. We're working professionals or PhDs and we occasionally work from home. The house is extremely well insulated though, so even if we’re taking calls the whole day you wouldn’t hear a peep.
- We are a somewhat social house, and like to organise plans like bbq evenings (mainly in the summer) or watching movies together
- We are very clean housemates and work together to keep the house clean
