We have a furnished double room available in our 4 bed flat due to our lovely flatmate moving home. This location has excellent transport links (5mins walk to Borough station/15mins to London Bridge Station and 15mins to Waterloo) as well as being walking distance to the iconic Borough market.
The flat is within a small housing estate and on the 3rd flood with both elevator and stair access. There is no living room but we have a large kitchen with tables and chairs to hang out in which includes a dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of counter space. The bathroom and toilet are separated and there is a shared balcony out front. Rent is £741pcm and bills usually come to £75-100 on top, we're in council tax band C. The live out landlord is responsive and is great at fixing any maintenance issues.

We are 3 ladies aged 28-31 yrs working full time in childcare, teaching and marketing - we're all pretty busy but love to grab a drink/have a chat/go out and about in London. Our ideal flatmate is friendly, tidy and respectful - preferably a female professional who also works full time (like the rest of us). Sorry no pets.
