Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this lovely sunny flat in Borough.

Rent: £1250 a month (water included)
Bills: approx ~£75 a month for gas, electric and WiFi. Council tax Band E, paid twice a year and split between tenants.

Rent will need to be paid from 01/03/26 but move-in date can be flexible.

Open plan living space, with the living room having a juliette balcony facing the communal gardens (that you have unlimited access to, very nice in sunny weather 🌿)

The kitchen is just through an archway in the living room, which makes it great for entertaining.

The room is a spacious double, complete with walk-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and the bed and mattress. I'm willing to sell the desk on for a small fee.

You'll have sole usage of the main bathroom, complete with bathtub and plenty of storage for all your things.

The location is great, just a 7 mins walk from Borough and 12 mins to London Bridge/Elephant and Castle. You can walk to Liverpool Street/Moorgate in about 40 mins.

The flat is about 12 minutes from Borough Market and Bermondsey Street, and close to lots of local shops and restaurants too ✨

Looking for someone tidy and kind, who values a calm living space and wants to help make the space as comfortable as can be. Someone who's up for a chat at the end of the day, but also has their own life too. Ideally in the office 2-3 days a week.

You'll be living with Kanishka, who works in the city. She's been at the flat for almost two years and has made it a great home, and has been such a great flatmate to live with 💕
