Large double room in Borough

My room in our 3 person flatshare is available from around 28th February, though I have some flexibility and am open to discussing earlier or later move dates.

The flat:
- Large double bedroom, ideal for working from home
- Views of St Pauls, The Shard and Tower Bridge
- The flat is really spacious, with a large open plan kitchen and living room and a balcony
- The room itself is also very big and comes with bed, desk, wardrobe and drawers. I'd also be willing to sell you the rest of the furniture (rug, bedside table, shelves, desk chair etc.) if you're interested
- Bathroom with bath and over bath shower, shared with one other housemate
- We are on the top floor up 4 flights of stairs with no lift

Housemates:
- You'd be sharing with 2 other flatmates, both working professionals in their early 20s. One works in film and the other in the civil service.
- It's a very laid back house - we enjoy having the odd film night or cooking together sometimes, but equally do our own thing
- One of the housemates is veggie and we have a preference for a veggie housemate
- Future housemate must be LGBT+ friendly

Location:
- Quiet area
- Small tescos 2 mins away, small sainsburys and asda 5 mins away, Lidl 10 mins away, big tesco 15-20 mins away
- 10 mins from Bermondsey Street with lots of cafes and restaurants
- 15 mins from London Bridge and Borough stations, on lots of bus routes too
