5–10 mins walk to Borough & Southwark stations
Bus stops nearby with excellent connections
Forest e-bike depot 2 mins away
Tesco, corner shops, and good restaurants all within walking distance
~15 mins to Covent Garden by bike

Private bathroom (along the hallway)
Bath + shower
Spacious and comfortable
Furnished as in photos - NB the White Drawer in centre is gone now.

Rent & Bills:

Room: £1,325 pcm
Bills: approx. £205 pcm (includes internet, electricity, water, council tax — subject to change)
Deposit: approx. £1,500
References required via agent (guarantors accepted if needed)

I’m 28 and work as an architect in London. I keep a clean, tidy, and structured lifestyle — work, gym, early nights — and I like the flat to feel like a calm place to switch off. I’m easy to get along with, but I do value a respectful and well-kept home.

In their mid-20s to early 30s
A working professional
Clean, tidy, and considerate (important)
Easy-going and respectful
Happy living in a calm, non-party environment

Not the Right Fit If:

You play loud music
You’re messy or don’t clean up after yourself
You want a party flat or regularly host lots of guests
You have a very late or disruptive routine
