Double Room in Central

THE ROOM IS THE SECOND ONE SHOWN ON THE SECOND FLOOR.

We’re three friends in our mid-20s who have just signed for a lovely 3-bedroom flat in an amazing central London location. One of us is heading off travelling for the summer, so we’re looking for someone to sublet her spacious double room while she’s away.

As we’re only moving into the flat on 1st August, we don’t have photos just yet, but we do have a video of the property that we’re happy to share. We’d also love to meet beforehand so you can get to know all three of us and make sure it’s a good fit.

The details:

* 🛏️ Double bedroom in a 3-bed flat
* 📅 Ideally available from 1st August to 10th September (move-in and move-out dates are flexible)
* 💷 £900 for one month, or £1,200 for the full stay
* 📍 Fantastic location between Borough and Elephant & Castle, both within easy walking distance, making it perfect if you want to be in the heart of London with great transport links, restaurants, cafés and everything central London has to offer.

A little about us: we’re all easy-going, sociable girls who enjoy spending time together but also respect each other’s space. One of us also has a puppy, so we’re looking for someone who’s happy to live with a dog. He’s incredibly cute, friendly and very well behaved, so hopefully that’s a bonus rather than a downside!

We’re looking for someone clean, respectful and easy to get along with who’ll fit into a relaxed and friendly home.
