The room comes furnished, including a desk and is suitable for working from home if wanted. We have a kitchen, living/dining room, a small balcony, and a separate toilet and bathroom.
The flat is around 5 minutes walk to both Borough and London Bridge tube/train stations so is very well connected and has lots of great pubs, cafes, restaurants etc nearby.
Existing flatmates are 2 professional girls aged 26-27 - a professional of a similar age would be ideal!
Rent and bills are £1050 total, paid on the 1st of each month.
