Double room available in unique home in Borough – £1,400, including bills.

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our unique architect-designed 3-bed home in Borough from 8th October.

About the place
The bedroom is a well-sized double room on an unfinished basis. There is plenty of space for a bed, storage and a desk, so you can make it your own. It shares a bathroom with one other person, with an additional toilet downstairs.

Downstairs is a large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, which is a great area to hang out, cook and relax. The house is genuinely quite different from your typical London house share, with the layout giving it a really nice feel and fantastic entertaining space.

About us
We’re two professionals working in the City, both doing a mix of office and WFH. We’re a pretty clean, chilled and easy-going house. We’re both fairly active during the week — usually at the gym, seeing friends or out and about — but we’ll occasionally have a house dinner, cook together or have friends over. So we’re sociable, but certainly isn’t a “party house”.

About the area
Borough is a great place to live — loads of restaurants, pubs and cafés nearby, plenty of gyms and everything you need day-to-day, while still being quite a residential area. Within a short walk you’ll find a Sainsbuy's, Tesco and a large M&S, which is very handy. Borough Market, London Bridge and the river are all within easy reach, with great transport links around the area (Northern line c.1minute walk, Jubilee/National Rail is about 5-8min).

We’re ideally looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate, who’s also looking for a relaxed home.

The space is shared with a very happy and soft Labrador who will be only happy to have your attention and love.
