I am moving out of the flat for the remainder of the tenancy agreement so looking for a student/professional or couple who want to move in from 5th May until the end of the tenancy on 5th November.
Two minute walk to Elephant and Castle and 4 minute walk to Borough High St pubs/bars etc!

Lots of transport links: Near Borough and Elephant and Castle tube stations, bus stops 1 minute walk away that go to all different London areas.
Female student will be living in flat. Please note: My other flatmate is moving out and is renting her room out from 5th June. Please see her ad if you would like two rooms. Ideal for friends/pairs. The spare room reference is: 3255162
