I'm currently in a flat in Borough (SE1) and am looking for a new house mate as my current house mate leaves to get married!
I am an Australian working professional in the advertising industry. I'm outgoing, sociable and tidy. I am looking for a flatmate whom can chill and also share a bottle of wine with, increase social circles. I like getting out and about in London, enjoy the gym and love traveling.
The flat is a new build in a quiet street off Borough High street. The new house mate would get their own double bedroom and bathroom in Borough, x3 mins walk from the station. I currently occupy the other room with an en-suite. The flat is fully equipped with utensils, microwave and my nespresso machine!
In the room here is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and a chest of drawers, long mirror with drawer storage.
Dates - Move in End Feb 2018, reference documents needed.
