We have a nicely decorated room with a queen sized bed available in a modern house share, fully furnished with all modern conveniences.

Our house in SE1 is situated on a quiet residential street, very close to all transport links. There are multiple bus stops on our doorstep and a 7 minute walk up the road is the E&C tube station, as well as a 12 minute walk to Borough tube and 15-20 minute walk to London Bridge.

Our house has a large modern kitchen, large shared living space and nice garden at the rear of the property. Modern wooden flooring throughout the house, with a washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer and dishwasher as well.

Current flat mates have been living in the property for varied amounts of time and are all working city professionals (men & women)

Rent includes: Internet, Council Tax, Water, TV license and cable TV subscription (Virgin).

Rent excludes: Electric & Gas which is shared between the flat mates (approx 40 each per month). We also have a cleaner that comes twice a month to clean the common areas and the flatmates all contribute to the cost (per visit 10 each).

We are all very sociable and tend to live as a little family rather than strangers sharing a house. We respect each others' space and belongings but still share common household items. As we're all working professionals, we're more calm than wild party people; we like to cook and socialise and tend to keep the property tidy so we would like to find a like minded person.
