We have a lovely double room for rent in a beautiful Georgian townhouse in Trinity Church Square, Borough. The room is available from 1 June but we would like to get the ball rolling as soon as possible!

The room is on the third floor and is huge, bright and airy (3 windows including a skylight). One window also opens out onto a large ledge that can be used as a balcony in the summer. A second bathroom on the third floor also means no queuing for a shower in the mornings! The house also benefits from a large living room with sofa bed and a huge ground floor kitchen / dining area with patio doors onto a back garden (perfect for summer BBQs). The whole house benefits from high ornate ceilings and so is very bright and airy. There is a lovely church in the centre of the square with beautiful gardens to which residents have private access.

The house is located on a small square seconds from Borough tube station and less than a 10 minute walk to London Bridge tube station. Buses 35 and 133 go straight to Liverpool Street. Local amenities include the infamous Borough market and a variety of bars and amazing tapas restaurants.

You would be sharing with two city lawyers and a banker. Rent is £825 PCM plus £100 PCM for bills (including internet, tv licence, water, electric, weekly cleaner).
