One large double room available for short term in Borough. Central location which is a few minutes from Borough Station, a few minutes from Guy's St Thomas Hospital and near local amenities.

It's a 3 bedroom flat with bathroom, kitchen, toilet shared between you and two other housemates (students). It is available from now till 15th September. Ideally looking for a student to rent short term before I move back in. I'm flexible with shorter lets so message or text me with dates and we can discuss price according to lets. Lovely room that comes with double bed, study table and sofa! All bills and internet included!

Deposit is just taken as security if any damage is done and returned on date of leaving. (The tenant is responsible for any noticeable damage to white goods or furniture).
