Spacious double available in 3br flat in Borough

Hello!

My housemate and I are looking for a young(ish) professional to join us in a new flat we will be renting out in Borough from 14 September.  

About us:
We're a 26 year old accountant and a 27 year old lawyer from Australia, who work hard but also love our downtime, chilling at the flat, heading out for beers / nights out and travelling etc.  We're pretty chilled and easy-going as well as pretty social, and keep a pretty clean flat too.

What we're looking for:
A similar like-minded professional or masters student, who we'll get along with and would enjoy a cheeky beer / wine or 10 every now and then.  Must be able to put up with our poor jokes and a little Aussie banter.

The Place:
the place is currently being refurbished so we'll be moving in with it just being completely fitted out (hence no pics yet).  It has 3 decent sized bedrooms (at least 3m+), a medium sized living room, and separate kitchen, a bathroom and a further separate WC.  Its between Elephant & Castle station and Borough station, with E&C being closer (only a 5 minute walk away).  Its ridiculously well connected and you can commute into most places into the city via bus, underground or national rail without changing lines.  Large supermarket nearby too, plus only a 15min walk to Bermondsey street and London Bridge station.  The area's really quiet too despite being close to some of London's most vibrant scenes.  The whole apartment will be furnished (so you'll get a double bed, bedside table, cupboard / drawers etc).

We're keeping an eye on the refurbishments to make sure they're of a high standard.

Fees:
The 3rd bedroom is 190pw (excl bills, which will prob be about 15pw).
