Housemate wanted for lovely, modern 2 bedroom flat on Brockham Street, just off the beautiful Trinity Church Square. It has a large living/dining room, separate kitchen (with views of the Shard) and one bathroom. The room being advertised has its own en suite (which will be yours!) and I use the general flat bathroom. The room is large, airy and bright and comes equipped with a double bed, spacious double wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. 1st July is the moving in date

The flat has 4 months remaining on the current 12 month contract which expires on 24th September 2015, although the landlord seems keen to continue renting the property. There is an admin fee (£160) to change the contract should you move in.

ME
I'm Dom and I'm a 26 year old research executive working in marketing. I'm pretty laid back and enjoy cooking and the occasional glass of miscellaneous white wine and/or gin. I enjoy chilling out in front of the TV with a glass of wine in the evenings (if I'm not working) and generally value the flat as a bit of calm haven amidst the hustle and bustle of London.

YOU
I'm not overly prescriptive about what I'm looking for but essentially - if you're between 22-35, chilled out and friendly - you'll fit in. The flat is quite clean, tidy and calm - so if you're the kind of person who wants to be holding raucous house parties, this definitely isn't the flat for you. If you enjoy having friends over for drinks/dinner parties/relaxed evenings in front of the TV - you'll be perfect. I'm looking for someone who's quite sociable and happy to hang out but equally doesn't require us to be at each other's beck and call 24/7. Ideally someone who sees the flat as somewhere calm to retire to after a hectic day in the City.

DATE OF VIEWINGS
All viewings will be in the evenings and possibly weekends (if I'm around) and I can arrange these with you via text.

THE AREA
The location is amazing - about three minutes from Borough tube and about a 10-12 minute walk from London Bridge, Borough Market and the Shard - so ideally suited to anyone who might work nearby. The nearest pub - The Roebuck is about a 2 minute walk from the flat and a great place to have a drink/dinner after work if you fancy it.
