Looking for a new room? Well you’re in luck! We have two rooms - our housemates are moving out to live with their partners!

There are two rooms available:
1. XL double room - £850pcm
2. Regular double room - £800pcm

Bills included.

Both rooms are available on 1st July.

We are two female professionals who are well kept and friendly. We live in a beautiful quiet area within 5-10 minute walk of Borough Station, London Bridge and Elephant and Castle tub station with our own private garden and communal garden. We're holding viewings virtually and in person.

The area is a lovely quintessential London townhouse with its own square and has a really nice community feel to it. You can go for great walks around the area too as it's right next to Trinity Church Square where a number of period dramas have been filmed over the last few years, as well as within walking distance to the embankment and the Thames!

Everything you need is within easy reach including supermarkets, local shops, barbers, pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants.

The room is unfurnished, however we do have some furniture pieces you could purchase if you wish.

New Flatmate Preferences:
We do have a rescue cat (Arwen) so we would like someone who likes cats or at least tolerates them. We are also quite musical and active so it would be great to have someone who enjoys similar things! We'd prefer someone who is not loud and is tidy and respectful of the shared spaces.

With Covid19 ongoing, we do ask that any in person viewings be done with masks and social distancing.
