2 Lovely double bedrooms in Borough

We have two lovely Double rooms available in a flat share in Borough/Elephant & Castle.

You would be sharing with 2 girls, one a student.( The other we don't know yet as we have another room spare!)

There is a shared living-room, separate bathroom and toilet, and separate kitchen.

Really convenient transportation links:
- 2 minutes walk to Elephant & Castle (Bakerloo & Northern, train station, plus millions of busses)
- 7 minutes walk to Borough (Northern)
- 15 minutes walk to London Bridge

Your name will be put on the tenancy, so you will have to pay an additional £150 fee to the agency.

The move in date would ideally be end of November/beginning of December but can be flexible!
