Description
Social Houseshare in amazing central London location, with garden & private park access! 🌳
Hello, we have a large double room available in our amazing home from May 3rd.
The HOUSE:
Our spacious and bright house is in an A-grade location, just a 5-minute walk from Borough Station.
The house itself boasts a large living and dining room, its a versatile space that works perfectly for dinner parties and board games. We have a garden (think BBQs and G&Ts in the summer, mulled wine in the winter) and access to a magnificent private park in the square.
The ROOM:
The available room is large and situated on the lower ground floor next to the kitchen. A great bonus is that it provides access to some additional basement areas, giving you extra space/storage!
The room is technically unfurnished, but Natalie will be leaving the drawers, wardrobe, desk/chair, cabinet and shelves. However these can be removed if needed.
The HOUSEMATES
Our house is our home, and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of our group. We have all lived together for 3 years, but some have been here longer. We are looking for someone who has their own thing going on but will be a friendly addition to our house share.
We enjoy socialising almost every evening, celebrating special occasions, and days out, but we are not a party house.
Andy (32): From East Midlands. I like to be active and enjoy running/ hiking and travel as much as possible.
Cormac (34): From Ireland. Passionate about cooking and loves trying new things. Usually found at a festival, a rave, working out/running or reading.
Juan (34): From Spain. Likes playing tennis, skating, hiking, reading, going to the pub with friends, and has recently started learning the piano.
The ESSENTIALS:
Rent: £850pcm.
Deposit: £980.
Bills: £150pcm which includes a fortnightly cleaner and some communal shopping
Lease: Our current lease expires in September 2026. However, we have been here a long time and fully expect an extension to be agreed, otherwise this will become a bi-monthly rolling contract.
The NEXT STEPS
We will be hosting viewings in late March and early April.
If you like the sound of our home, please send us a message.
We’d like to get a good sense of who you are, why you would be a good fit, and find out something interesting about yourself.
We look forward to hearing from you!
