Room with Private Bathroom in Beautiful Apartment

Beautiful 2 bedroom flat, built two years ago with two outdoor terraces and open plan living room/kitchen with washing machine dishwasher etc.

The room available comes furnished with a double bed and (dodgy!) chest of drawers. There's a bit of room for more furniture if needed (although might be a tight squeeze). The room isn't the biggest so don't be expecting tons of room!

I have an ensuite bathroom and there is another bathroom in the property which can be for sole use by the tenant (and guests).

Sky TV and Virgin Media Broadband + Netflix.

5 minutes walk from Borough Tube (Northern) and 7 mins from London Bridge (Jubilee and Northern).

I mainly work from home, but have my 'office' in my room. Work weekends so the Living Room and Kitchen is being wasted at the moment, hopefully someone out there who can enjoy it.

All bills are paid for including a cleaner who comes once every two weeks.

Looking for a professional who is chilled out and ideally tidy! Also ideally a short term rental (3 months) with potential to go long term if we get on well.
