Flat is on the first floor of a lovely modern block, set away from the street behind other buildings, so it is usually quiet & peaceful. Borough tube is less than a few minutes walk away (Bank is 2 stops on Northern Line, but walkable in 20 mins) Southwark tube is not far to walk which will get you into the West End very easily (Bond Street is 4 stops on Jubilee Line). The local area is rather nice - a little parade of shops with a great barbers, fantastic cafés, fish & chips, dry cleaners, florists and off licence - what more could you want!
