The house is in a pleasant, leafy residential area, on a quiet street and around the corner from Elthorne Park which has tennis courts, outdoor gym, and lovely canal side walks. Good transport links and on street parking with parking permit (daily or longer term permits).

Sharing with two friendly professional adults, unrelated, (female owner and male lodger). Easygoing, independent people who are very happy to have a chat, thoughtful towards others, clean and tidy, and who respect privacy - looking for someone similar. One friendly well trained dog.

Would suit someone who appreciates living in a calm uncrowded home with very good facilities. Good house for those who value their sleep! Not a party house.

Very convenient for Heathrow airport, Ealing Hospital, Sky, GSK and other businesses close to or on the Great West Road, and West London University Brentford campus.

About 8 minutes walk to Boston Manor tube station on the Piccadilly line (central London/West End and Heathrow Airport). Reasonably close to Hanwell station (Elizabeth line trains to the City, Canary Wharf, Paddington and the West End or Reading), and also reasonably close to Brentford mainline station (trains to Waterloo and Clapham Junction).
