Huge double room to rent in Hanwell

The room:
Large double comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. Big windows let lot of natural light in.

The flat:
3 bedrooms over 2.5 floors, shared large kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven (plus all the gadgets and appliances you could wish for!), Large bathroom with bath/shower and an additional separate toilet.

The area:
Shop next door, 10/15 minutes from both Hanwell and Boston Manor stations, 5 minutes walk from town with independent shops/pubs/cafes, 15 minute bus ride to Ealing Broadway

I have a spare room to rent in a large maisonette in Hanwell, shared with myself and my baby boy. The room is large enough to be split into both good sized bedroom and living areas, however there is also a living room with a sofa bed, TV, storage etc downstairs.

All bills are included, along with household sundries (toilet rolls, cleaning products etc.) and a bi-weekly cleaner. I'm looking for someone clean, considerate and responsible to share.
