I am looking for three lodgers to share my lovely home in a quiet and leafy part of West London which is a short walk from Boston Manor and Hanwell stations. If you’re looking for a conveniently located, cosy home with friendly, considerate people, then this might be the place for you.
About the house
The house has been kept in great condition and is currently undergoing a refresh with new paint.
Bedrooms:
- Bedroom A – Double bed, large wardrobe, two chest of drawers and two bedside tables.
- Bedroom B – Double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
- Bedroom C – Single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
*Currently renovating the rooms so I cannot provide photos of the dining room and 3rd bedroom.

- Garden with outdoor seating
- Large flat screen TV (Netflix, Prime and Disney)
- Well equipped kitchen
- Separate dining/lounge room
- Separate laundry room with washer and dryer

The surrounding area
Within walking distance of Elthorne Park, Walpole Park, Hanwell Zoo and Grand Union Canal.
Getting around
Located just off Boston Manor road, 12 min walk to the Piccadily line, 15 minute walk to the Elizabeth line. 1 min walk to E8 and 195 bus stop which goes to West Ealing, Brentford and Ealing Broadway (District, Central line, Elizabeth line serving Paddington and Heathrow Airport).
Shopping
For supermarkets you have Sainsbury’s local, Tesco Express and Lidl within walking distance. A short bus ride to Waitrose, Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre and Westfield White City.
Tenant requirements
I travel a lot for work so looking for friendly, professional people who are clean, considerate and make a joint effort in keeping the house tidy throughout the week. Ideally this should feel like a home and be a safe space, which is cosy and inviting.
Ideally, you’re comfortable sharing a kitchen, dining/lounge room and bathroom. It would be nice to feel like friends in this home, rather than acquaintances.
Timeframes
I would like to find someone who is happy to take the tenancy for a full year but happy to consider six months too.
Viewing availability
Weekday evenings and some weekend availability - later in November.
