Lovely furnished room available in a friendly flat share in West London, directly across the road from Boston Manor station on the Piccadilly line.

The flat is shared with four other working professionals and has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. There are two bathrooms with two showers, a shared kitchen and living area, as well as a washing machine and dryer. There’s also a roof terrace which is great during the summer months.

The room is £700 per month including bills, although bills can fluctuate slightly during the winter months.

The location is really convenient, with Boston Manor station just across the road providing easy access into central London via the Piccadilly line. There are also plenty of local amenities nearby, including coffee shops, takeaways and Sainsbury’s, as well as good bus connections to Hanwell, Ealing and Brentford.

The room will be available in roughly a month, although I can be flexible and arrange an earlier move-in for the right person.
