Spacious double room in social house!

Hi there,

We're looking for someone to join us in our cosy house in Bounds Green :) We're Tabby and Lucy and we work in film, television and podcast production.

Our current flatmate Alex is moving on to pastures new and his room will be available from 2nd November.

We have a shared lounge where we'll often be on weekday evenings - we have a good sized TV with a Roku and enjoy watching a Netflix reality show or true crime doc. We have a generously sized garden and have been known to host a few barbecues when the weather allows :)

We mostly work around the hours of 9-6 and Lucy is currently 100% remote and Tabby 100% in office.

The monthly rent is £580 and bills total around £140 per month which includes a fortnightly cleaner. The house is a 6 minute walk from Bounds Green underground Station and 9 minutes walk to Bowes Park mainline station - it's around 30 or 40 minutes to central London on public transport and has free on street parking
