Overground: trains to Highbury & Islington, Old Street, Finsbury Park & Moorgate (Bowes Park station - 2 minutes walk from house).

House has patio garden, bathroom (with separate shower and bath), Kitchen (with washing machine and separate tumble dryer), Living Room, Dining area, Cycle storage facilities (secure, ground floor), etc.

The room is fully furnished and comes with two desks, king-size bed, wi-fi, two large wardrobes, Virgin cable TV, etc.

Looking for someone preferably in full time employment (or full time student) who is looking for a quiet place to chill, rather than people wanting to bring the party home!

There is a spare double bedroom in the house (which is available for visiting friends and family).

The Bounds Green area is definitely more suburban than urban, but with 3 pubs, bars, cafes, dry cleaners, bakers, artesan coffee shops, restaurants, Tesco express, independent supermarkets (plus an organic supermarket) etc. there’s plenty available.
