Lovely room in a 2 bed flat near Bounds Green Stn

I have a double room available for rent in my 2 bed flat. It is a lovely first floor flat with a balcony overlooking the green. There is a bright, spacious shared living room, with working fireplace, a shared shower room and shared kitchen. It is 5 minutes walk to Bounds Green Station, 10 minutes walk to Bowes Park overground. It’s also very close to Ally pally and Myddleton road which has nice bars and cafes and a monthly Farmers’ market; also a short bus ride to Muswell hill or Wood Green, and there is a very nice local pub with a beer garden. I am the landlady and am currently living in the flat. One of the current tenants is moving out, and I am living in Spain, so am looking for someone to take the room; one of the current flatmates will be staying in her room. The flat is really lovely and homey, and we really love it. We are looking for someone who will love it as much as we do - we hope that the current fun and chilled vibe in the flat can continue with the new flatmate - with some socialising, as well as respecting each other’s space.
