Lovely single room in Bounds Green

Hello,

This lovely single room is coming available in our flat located in Bounds Green just less than 5 mins walking.

We are 3 professionals male, two italians on our mid 30's and one South African.
Very clean and busy with our works but occasionally having dinners together.

The room comes furnished with 4ft double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer, small desk and chair.

All bills and internet are inclusive

Flat rules: We using as much as we can our common sense on visitors and noises.
We do have a rota system for the cleanings once per week.
