Your room will be for you alone (no couples and no pets) and you will be a non-smoker. You will be sharing with 3 existing tenants and 2 cats who have called this house their home for over 10 years.

Your room is situated on the top floor and overlooks the garden. You will share a bathroom with one other (female) tenant.
The prospective tenant will undergo referencing and credit and renting checks and right to rent check. You will sign a joint assured short-hold tenancy agreement and the landlord will protect your month deposit with TDS.
