Hello! 2 easy-going professional guys looking for a 3rd person to join our queer friendly flat.

We are 30 and 32 respectively so looking for people ideally 25-35. However age is not a fixed requirement.

The room is cozy and compact with a double bed, bedside table, space for a desk, and a long clothes rack with shoe rack attached. It faces the afternoon sun, so has good natural light throughout the day. Not the most space for personal storage but there is a large communal wardrobe by the living room where we store our coats, suitcases, and other bulky items. There is also attic storage to house unused items or things we take out infrequently.

Room is £550 PCM and Bills add up to roughly £110 PCM (£66 council tax, £50 electricity, gas, water & internet).

Flat is smart and handsome, sporting a huge sunny living room and a decent sized kitchen and bathroom. It is also situated in a safe well-connected area. Bowes Park station is 5 mins walk and has quick national rail connections to Finsbury park and Kings Cross. Bounds Green station on the picadilly line is only 7 mins walk away, From which the commute to zone 1 is within half an hour.

30 seconds down the street is Myddleton Road, an award winning High street that hosts a range of independent shops, businesses, and a bustling market every Sunday. There is also 2 Tesco Express' and a Morrisons superstore within a 15 minute walk of the flat.
