Sadly my current flatmate is moving out of our lovely apartment. I’d really like to stay so i’m looking for a fun, warm and like-minded person to join me here in Bounds Green!

The double room available is super spacious and is furnished with a bed and wardrobes.

We have a large and beautiful shared living room that lets plenty of light in, it’s perfect for movie nights in and just as a place to relax and unwind.

Shared living room is fully furnished, i’ve done my best to really make it feel homely!!☺️

1 shared modern bathroom with bathtub/shower, and modern kitchen with perfect storage space for two people sharing.

Rent is £875 a month (NOT INCLUDING BILLS)

Five weeks security deposit required, to be paid directly to estate agent (who are always on hand to help!)

A little bit about me:

Very easy going, warm and social freelance marketing consultant , I work in central London a couple days a week and am home most evenings and on the weekends. Looking for someone to build a friendship with and someone that is happy to chill in the evenings, but also happy to do their own thing!

Not picky about who I live with at all - happy to live with either female/male, they just need to have a good head on their shoulders!
