Furnished King size bedroom in Bounds Green

Hello there!

Large king size bedroom available in Bounds Green, North London in a friendly, open, and inclusive all female house share.

Rent is £520 per month and deposit is £500 pounds.
Bills are not included in rent, on average I'd budget £120-£150 mark> per month for bills. We take one bill each and split everything using Splitwise.
The room is available from 21st December at the earliest.
There is no agency, the landlords are both accommodating and laid back!

The room itself is downstairs and has a king size bed, fireplace, shelves that are built into a the wall, a desk/chair (different from the ones in the picture but same sizes) and big windows!

The house is situated on a quiet and safe residential street and has free street parking. It's only a 5/10 minute walk to Bounds Green Underground and less to bus routes.

There is a shared open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. The large private garden has a lovely decking area; perfect for summer. The house has the usual electrical things plus seperate tumble dryer.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and responsible, who'd be happy to do their share around the house. We are not a 'party' flat but would love to hang out with a cup of tea or glass of wine, have movie nights, go out for a nice meal, nights out, or BBQs on our patio in the summer! We are looking for female professionals but are LGBT+ friendly. Students only considered if they are willing to contribute to council tax.

We are currently 3 female flatmates who all have our independent lives but also like to chat in the living room!

Now for the flatmates:

I'm Océane, 23 yo Marketing professional from France. Also a dancer (mostly training if not at work), love eating out and going out to discover cool places around London.

We have Manon, who's also from France. She is a proud spiritual lesbian and will try to drag you (pun intended) to a queer club so you can learn to vogue and sashay huney!

Last but not least we have Niamh, studying theatre who joined us most recently.
