The flat is a newly refurbished 3-bed flat, with one bathroom containing a rainfall shower.
It is a 2 minute walk both to Bounds Green station (Piccadilly Line) and Bowes Park (Great Northern), which takes you direct to Old street, Moorgate, or Highbury and Islington.

You will be living with myself and Alifa. I am a born and raised North Londoner and Alifa moved to London from Yorkshire last year. I am a 25 year old data scientist and the live in landlord (lol) and Alifa is 23 and works as a project manager. We're looking for someone to come into the house who suits our vibe. The ideal person would be a young professional early-mid twenties, sociable, relaxed, and calm. As well as the obvious : clean.
